10 Ways to Display Kids Art Projects
1. Document On Instagram (or other Social Media you like!)
Most parents use one or more social media app and have easy access to take photos via your smartphone. Instagram is just for photos, so why not capture all of your kids art projects, drawings and fun activities on there? Your photos can be edited or you can post short videos. 2. DIY Coasters
Get out the Modge Podge for this crafty way to display your kids art projects! While you may not want to make 100 tile coasters, you will want to choose some of your child's favorite art pieces. And, since they are so easy to make, you can use these for gifts for the grandparents as well!
Directions:
1. Trim photos of kids art projects, rounding the edges so they fit onto the tile.
2. Glue photos down or use a coat of Modge Podge to place the photos on tiles.
3. Place a coat of Modge Podge on top of the photo and allow to dry for 15-20 minutes.
4. Go over the photo with another layer of Modge Podge and dry for another 20 minutes.
5. Using glue, attach felt to the back of the coaster so it doesn't scratch table surfaces.
3. Rotating Art Wall
We have seen many ideas on how to display kids art on the walls. One of our favorites is using large empty frames. You can easily rotate the art projects and the kids will love to have all of their art displayed, even if it gets changed out every few weeks. 4. Make a Photo Book
Most photo printing services also offer to print a photo book, which will make a high quality and, usually, a high-resolution keepsake for an affordable price. Collect several photos from your kids art projects and drawings. Then all you need to do is choose the order of the photos, select a cover and print your custom photo book. Your child’s art will be saved for years and years and you can also use these books as gifts!

7. Create a Mug or Water Bottle
Carry your child’s art with you on the go! Make your favorite travel coffee mug or water bottle an original. Your child will love the fact that you display their artwork all week and show it off to friends and co-workers. As a bonus, when your child creates a new favorite piece of work, just send it in and create a new beverage container. Throughout the years you will surely have a nice collection!
8. Turn Art into Small Keepsakes

Think key chains, charms, or necklaces. There are several companies that will take your child’s art, shrink it down and make an adorable, piece of jewelry or functional trinket. Search Google or go to Etsy.com for ideas on how to turn your kids art projects into artful jewels!
9. Make Placemats and Magnets with Laminate Sheets
If you have your own laminating machine, just chose enough to make your dining table place settings! Or, you can go to your local craft store or teacher supply store and pay a small fee to have your kids art and drawings laminated.
To create magnets, choose smaller images your child has drawn or cut out pieces from a large project. Laminate and glue a magnet to the back. Use these to decorate the fridge or to display new masterpieces! You can also try this cool DIY polymer clay magnets tutorial from ThisHeartofMineBlog.com.
